Franklin Township already has many of the pieces we need: families who care deeply about their children, educators and staff who know our students, local businesses and organizations, colleges, trades, nonprofits, and professionals across countless fields. But too often, those pieces operate separately. Families have to navigate multiple places to find resources. Students may not see the careers and opportunities available to them until they're already expected to choose a path. And the people working in our schools don't always have clear pathways to grow, be heard, or build a sustainable career here.
